The 15 hectare estate is designed to accommodate guests for wellness stays with a part reserved for the family home.
The garden has many edibles that can be used for cooking workshops.
The selection of trees and shrubs has been carefully composed to cope with the dry and windy climate of the Carcassonne region and to blend in with the endemic flora.
